Surface finishing: Powder coating
Plastic coating is an ecofriendly, cost-efficient and weatherproof way of corrosion protection. Products that were powder coated at our place perfectly meet all requirements.
The Advantages of powder / plastic coating are obvious:
beside the nice look, the long lasting corrosion protection is one big plus of this way of surface finishing. We plastic-coat with polyester, polyurethane, epoxy resin and E/P-powder. All RAL colours are possible, as well as some special colours according to yor wishes. If you have any questions on powder coating, please contact us. Mr. Opfer will gladly answer your questions.
 

Before the products are powder-coated, they are pre-treated with ferric-phosphate to remove oil and other contaminations.

In our facilities, we can finish about 3 tons material per hour.

We can powder-coat material of the dimensions 1300 x 1200 x 400 millimeters automatically and those up to 6000 x 1800 x 1500 millimeters by hand.
